Refund policy

Henhouse Shoppe offers returns for store credit within 14 days of purchase (for store pickup) and within 14 days of delivery (for all shipped orders). Returns must be initiated within that time frame and must include receipt and/or order #number information. All tags must be intact and items in new condition, smoke and odor free. We offer store credit only, no refunds.
